With Sunday football back in action, this Skinny Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Dip makes for the most perfect appetizer. It’s made with a non-fat Greek yogurt base, pureed roasted red peppers, and goat cheese!
Anyone else have a significant other who is OBSESSED with fantasy football? Not only is Mark really in to sports, but he’s a stats guy. Like, he could do Excel in his sleep. I, on the other hand, have no idea how to work Excel and he makes fun of me for it Anyways, I am fascinated by his fascination of fantasy football. He’s in multiple leagues and is always analyzing sports data. I’m trying to compare it to something I’m super obsessed with and the only thing I could think of is the weather.
Anyone want to start a fantasy weather league?
